You can place an order either by email or through this website. Just add your desired items and quantities to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After we receive your order, we will contact you for delivery times and payment within 24 hours.
All orders with a total order amount under 300 euro will be charged with an additional 35 euro as a small order handling fee. All orders with a total order amount above 300 euro will have FREE handling and FREE shipping costs. All prices exclude 21% VAT (BTW). If you are a VAT registered EU Business (excluding the Netherlands) or if you are an individual/business located outside the European Union then all your orders will be VAT exempted!
Your order will be send directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We will NOT charge shipping costs = FREE shipping! All orders will be shipped with international expedited airmail with tracking service. As soon as your payment has been received, we will start process your order.
Payment can be made by PayPal or by bank wire transfer (SWIFT/IBAN/BIC). Pro forma invoices are sent immediately by email and should be paid as soon as possible. For payments via PayPal we will charge an extra 3% on the total order amount.
The delivery time depends on the destination that you will choose but will usually take from a few days to a maximum of three weeks.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and check goods within 3 days after delivery to ensure that the quality, condition, quantity and specifications of the goods conform to both the original order and the invoice received with the goods. In the rare case that one of your ordered items is defective, we will accept a return and we will replace your defective item for free. Dancer Dancewear Wholesale makes all possible effort to ensure a correct shipment and we will only accept returns in case of defective goods. If one of your items is defective, you have to notify us within three days after receipt of your package. Please email to info @ dancerdancewear.com with a brief description of the problem. If the claim is justified we will refund you your money minus the shipping costs. Shipping costs will never be refunded or paid for.
