If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by e-mail at info@balletwholesale.com. Our agreement with the client comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order you can not cancel your order anymore, but if possible we will work with you to adjust your order for your satisfaction.
