Order requirements:
Minimum order value: 100 euro
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg:
- Order total < 200 euro: 7,95 euro shipping costs.
- Order total > 200 euro: FREE shipping!
All other countries:
- Order total < 400 euro: 19,95 euro shipping costs.
- Order total > 400 euro: FREE shipping!
All prices exclude 21% VAT (BTW).
If you are a VAT registered EU Business (excluding the Netherlands) or if you are an individual/business located outside the European Union then all your orders will be VAT exempted.
Shipment:
Your order will be send directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. All orders will be shipped with expedited airmail with tracking service. As soon as your payment has been received, we will start process your order.
Payment:
Payment can be made by bank wire transfer (SWIFT/IBAN/BIC). Final invoices are sent asap by email and should be paid as soon as possible.
Delivery Time:
Holland/Belgium/Germany: one business day.
The delivery time depends on the destination that you will choose but will usually take from a one day to a maximum of two weeks.
Your order:
You can place an order either by email or through this website. Just add your desired items and quantities to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After we receive your order, we will contact you for delivery times and payment within 24 hours.
Returns:
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and check goods within 3 days after delivery to ensure that the quality, condition, quantity and specifications of the goods conform to both the original order and the invoice received with the goods. In the rare case that one of your ordered items is defective, we will accept a return and we will replace your defective item for free. Dancer Dancewear Wholesale makes all possible effort to ensure a correct shipment and we will only accept returns in case of defective goods. If one of your items is defective, you have to notify us within three days after receipt of your package.
